"I just recently started the 'Rewild Your Life 30 Day Challenge' with @wearewildness & their guidebook. In just four days I can already feel my mood improving by a landslide. The idea is to spend at least 30 minutes of time outside, everyday for 30 days. The purpose: to bring you back into your natural and wild self. Nature has already been proven to have many healing properties. It can reduce anger, fear, stress, blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones. So you see, not only is getting outside good for your mood, it’s also extremely helpful to your health. I genuinely don’t think i’ll stop this practice at 30 days considering the benefits I’m already gaining.
